As a person that had not attended the gym in years, I was a little nervous. However, the experience I had at Abs was superb! Friendly, professional staff, spacious and exceptionally clean environment. An absolutely fantastic workout. A plan was written to help me meet my specific goals. I now attend twice a week and look forward to a fitter, healthier me.

'Spacious, super clean and tidy, and everything looked brand new. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. And friendly clientele. 3 high end squat and deadlift areas. Loads of benches and machines, and cable machines, a few pull up bars and dip bars, and weight belts. Weight sled track in a separate room which had more squat racks and lots of floor space. Had loads of cardio stuff I don't know the names of. And most importantly, mirrors! Only things I could see that were missing was a hack squat machine, a seated calf raise machine, something for nordic hamstring curls, and a flat hamstring curl machine (but it did have a seated hamstring curl machine). Sells energy and recovery drinks and bars too. And open 24/7 💪'
